Very well packed and the unit is super cute! It was very easy to put together and follow directions. The ease of use was great and the videos on the QR code were simple and helpful. I noticed less frizzy hair and my lips were less chapped after a couple days. I’ve also been sleeping deeply. Surprisingly, even my dog has benefited because her nose is less dry and she snored less, she’s been loving it and sleeping better without struggling so much for breath at night! I like how quiet it is and I’m very happy with my purchase ☺️
